What We Do

Testing Disciplines

Each service is delivered by certified Field Test Engineers trained to ASME and NRC standards. We tailor our approach to your facility's specific configuration, regulatory status, and schedule.

01/air treatment

Nuclear Air Treatment System Testing

Comprehensive testing of nuclear air treatment systems with dedicated industry expertise and full regulatory compliance.

Acceptance Testing for new installations
In-Place Testing of existing systems
HEPA filter efficiency verification
Carbon adsorber testing
System integrity assessments
02/particulate

Particulate Studies

Advanced particulate introduction services to determine how particles are conveyed by ventilation systems.

Particulate tracking and monitoring
Ventilation conveyance analysis
Contamination pathway identification
Air distribution pattern verification
Environmental sampling support
03/pressure mapping

Pressure Mapping

When zones need to be maintained at a certain pressure with respect to adjacent areas, we employ two methods of determining these pressures: the absolute pressure method and the relative pressure method.

Relative pressure method using PD-C Pressure Detector
Measures differential pressure between zones
Ideal for large zones or rapidly changing pressures
Absolute pressure method using multiple absolute pressure gauges
Best for simpler zones or where portable equipment is not feasible
04/instruments

Testing Instruments

We utilize precision testing instruments and industry-leading equipment to deliver accurate and reliable results.

Calibrated precision instruments
Industry-standard testing equipment
Advanced measurement technology
Regularly maintained and verified
Technical support and guidance
05/manifold design

Test Manifold Design

Custom manifold solutions for systems with inadequate air/aerosol mixing, designed, fabricated, installed, and qualified by our experts.

Custom manifold design and engineering
Fabrication to exact specifications
Professional installation services
Qualification and testing
Ongoing maintenance support
Compliance

Regulatory Standards

Based on the requirements of NRC Regulatory Guides 1.52 and 1.140, all testing is performed in strict compliance with applicable ASME and ASTM standards.

Acceptance Testing

Acceptance Testing must be performed in accordance with ASME Standards N510 and AG-1, Section TA. This testing validates new installations meet all design specifications and regulatory requirements.

ASME N510AG-1 Section TA

In-Place Testing

In-Place Testing must be performed in accordance with ASME N510 or N511. This periodic testing ensures continued system performance and compliance throughout the facility lifecycle.
